Warranties

All jewellery products sold are manufactured in Australia, made to a high standard and come with a no questions asked 10 year manufacturers warranty.

All Freelook watches come with a 2 year international guarantee. Each watch is warranted for a period of 2 years against any lack of conformity. Watches will be repaired on the presentation of the warranty certificate provided at the time of purchase.

If your item/s are faulty we will offer a choice of repair, refund, replacement, exchange or credit (less shipping) for the product depending on its availability.

If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us as soon as possible and we will evaluate your request, record your product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). Once you have received this, please mail the product in as new condition with original packaging (if you still have it) to Returns Department, PO Box 360, Kellyville, NSW 2155, Australia within 7 days of receiving your RA. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on or in the return packaging. We suggest you use Registered Post or insure the item. As soon as we have received your product we will issue you with your refund, replacement, exchange or credit.

Please Note: All returns must have an RA number. Any item returned without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
